Interessenschwerpunkte
Supervisory Authorities
Inspections, fines, other enforcement measures or questions about the lawfulness of a project: in many situations, good communication with supervisory authorities matters.
Strategic Advice
Data protection law often has to be thought about for the long term: how will the legal position develop, how will supervisory authorities act, how might courts rule?
Process Optimisation
Processes matter in order to standardise procedures, remove sources of error and reach a high standard of quality. A process should always be organised in line with data protection law, without making the process less effective.
Public Institutions
Data protection also applies to public institutions. The implementation of practicable procedures that fit into the processes within a public body is a major challenge.
