Sustainability is more than a word for us, it is anchored in what we do. lexICT aims for a responsible use of resources and a light footprint on the environment. Through sustainable practices such as using fully refurbished offices in a low-energy building, buying regionally and focusing on paperless work, we want to set an example of ecological responsibility in the Hanover region and beyond. We support our partners and clients in implementing sustainable digital solutions, so that together we help protect the planet.

As a company based in Hanover we feel closely connected to the region. lexICT supports local initiatives and works for regional development. Through our partnerships and our social commitment we help strengthen the local economy and work to improve the quality of life in our home region.

Our work and our philosophy rest on the pillars of democracy, that is freedom, the rule of law, human rights and equal opportunity. lexICT expressly distances itself from extremist and anti-democratic ideologies. We condemn every form of exclusion and hatred and stand firmly for a society that values diversity and protects the foundations of democracy.
